POSITION OBJECTIVE

· Provide professional Market analysis, planning and report to support sales growth, industry coverage and decision making.
· Leading China MARCOM activity to support the improvement of brand awareness, internal/external promotion, and communication tools excellence.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide professional analysis, planning and report to support sales, industry decision making
· Program leader of key initiatives like price analysis, market and industry study, quarterly market monitoring
· Leading more professional and effective data analysis / market information collecting and sharing
· Prepare for business review and planning for planning conference of China and AP
· Leading MARCOM team to develop and implement China MARCOM Strategy and Plan
· Coordinate and implement Sales tools excellence plan
· Innovative integrated marketing plan (advertisement, new media, newsletter, website, search engine, tradeshow...)
· Vendor management / coordination / communication (translation / gift...)
· Gift / PDS management and process optimization
· Seminar / tradeshow organizing

· Report to Valve Automation China Business Manager
· Need strong working relationships with cross division project pursuit team

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 6 years sales experiences in Process and/or Oil&Gas industries
· Experience with a large Engineering and Construction company (EPC) is a plus.
· Knowledge & understanding of China market conditions & business opportunities.
· Technical skills in negotiation, strategic planning and business and marketing development
· Strong written and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
· Engineering Degree preferred.
