岗位职责 Job responsibilities:

- Interface and coordinate between client and design department on creation requirement, make sure all creation execution and result be consistent with client’s needs

沟通与协调客户与设计部门之间的设计要求，确保客户的设计要求得到贯实。

- Interface and coordinate between client and production department on the printing related requirement, supervise and make sure all process smoothly & systematically carried out within department

沟通与协调客户和生产部门之间的有关印刷产品的需求，确保部门工作流程有计划并有效平稳的进行。

- Schedule arrangement and monitoring, ensure that the services provided to the customer are high quality, and respects the requirements and deadlines.

安排并控制设计时间,保证设计成品在规定时限内高质量的完成.

- Coordinate closely with other service department such as sales team, production team and financial team to follow up the project; liaising with clients and related internal teams, ensuring that communication flows effectively.

与销售部门,生产部门以及财务部门进行合作,跟进项目的进程, 与客户及相关部门及时联络,以保证顺畅及有效的沟通.

- Arranging and attending meetings of reporting key decisions.

安排并出席项目重要报告会议.

- Always looking for improvements of service quality to increase clients’ efficiency. Control expenses (travel expense, overtime work…)

积极寻求提高效率及服务质量的方法. 有效控制部门成本(出差费用,加班等).

- Provide efficient solution to client’s future need on marketing services

为客户市场活动的需求提供有效方案和服务

- Team management, training and development within the dept and efficient communication cross dept

负责协助本部门的员工的管理、培训和发展；和其他部门保持良好有效的合作关系

- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

主管安排的其他工作.

技能要求Skills required：

- 8年以上在国际、国内知名广告公司的客服部工作经验，其中２年以上客户(副)总监经验。

Work experience of 8+ years in international and national well-known advertising agencies, with 2+ years experience as an Account Director/Associated Account Director

-拥有扎实的零售行业知识和经验，熟悉数码业务的优先

solid retail communication, experience and exposure in Digital are preferred

-熟悉印刷管理流程，包括：平面设计和印前制作流程

Working experience in print management program, have good sense of production and studio

- 有前瞻性，注重细节，拥有快速学习和适应能力，在客户服务方面有很强的领导能力

Proactive, detailed and fast paced, Strong leadership and competence in client service management

- 有很好的谈判和说服能力

Good negotiation and persuasion skill to drive clients

- 能够使用中英文与客户联系

Able to deal with international accounts very well in English-Chinese

- 能够承受工作压力，接受出差

Can work under pressure and be able to travel
