Customer Service Manager/客户服务经理（熟订单管理，有跨国制造企业经验优先）

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the customer service team to handle the sales orders and provide related information
2. Ensure the effective and on-time goods delivery and continuous service improvement
3. To work with internal departments for stocks plan, rolling forecast, pricing and shipping
4. To manage the complains and provide better services
5. Be responsible for business reports and other projects assigned

Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree of International Trading or relevant subject
2. 5 years' experience of customer service and management or above
3. Experience of working in the international companies
4. Customer service focus attitude with excellent communication and coordination ability
5. Good analysis, problem solving and decision-making ability
6. Self-motivated, can bear working pressure, and team work heart
7. Good English communication skill
8. Good computer skill and logistic system
9. Candidates with less experience will be considered as “Customer Service Supervisor” or “Customer order fulfillment specialist”
