Inventory Control Manager/库存控制经理

Job Description:

1. Take the lead to set up the working rules and procedures of the storages and transportation that used in the finished goods warehouse management.
2. Ensure the finished products are stored in the safety and hygiene conditions required by internal quality standard and external administrative regulations, to avoid any unnecessary damages.
3. Set up and communicate dispatch plan with production and sales to ensure that the inventory is in a reasonable level and the certain quantity products can be dispatched to support market needs.
4. Make analysis on the inventory level and the dispatch & transportation status and provide certain reports to senior management for better management consideration.
5. Audit the records system, accounts and statistics forms to ensure each movement of the products in the procedures of receiving, storage and delivery are all recorded in the proper way, and all the warrants are kept completely.
6. Audit the physical inventory regularly to ensure the conformity between the physical inventory and accounting inventory, so that any damages of the materials will be found immediately.
7. Make a good layout of the warehouse and put the spaces and facilities into sufficient and reasonable use.
8. Have good communications with the suppliers concerning the things related to the transportation and storage, and give comments to the suppliers on the service qualities.
9. Have an open mind to take necessary study to make continue improvement on the reduction of cost, and the safety & hygiene level in the warehouse.
10. Define the best organization which makes the most sense in terms of both employee well being and excellent plant service level. Provide coaching and trainings to the warehouse staffs to ensure their functional skills.
11. Undertake all necessary actions to promote excellent team work with peers in maintenance, quality, warehouse, performance, supply chain, HR, and finance.

Qualification Requirements:

1. College or above, with major in Logistics Management, or other related subjects;
2. 5 years of finished goods warehouse management experiences in a manufacturing plant, better with experiences in MNC with manufacturing industry;
3. Strong planning and controlling skills;
4. Strong analysis skills;
5. Good communication skills;
6. Fluent reading and writing ability in English is required;
7. Computer literacy required.
