职位描述
Main Purpose of the job:
? Lead NPI project quality activities, include drawing review, visual quality specification review, FMEA, quality planning, proto build reporting, problem solving and quality issue resolution etc.
? To be quality contact window with customer on new project quality, coordinate customer audit, process assessment, 8D reporting etc
? Lead new project gate review and quality risk assessment
? Lead project team on new project quality improvement before mass production
? Establish and follow up measurement, testing, and inspection plan for new project
? Establish process control plan for new project
RESPONSIBILITIES (impact of the performance of tasks and its related solutions on the functioning and results of the work community)
? Lead and drive NPI build quality (yield, reliability, Visual quality etc.)
? Lead and drive Ramp Up CoPQ improvement
? Lead and drive preventive quality engineering in product creation phase
? Lead and drive customer satisfaction in NPI phase
Job requirements:
1)Education, experience & skills
? Minimum 3 years experience on NPI quality
? Professional quality quality tools: FMEA, APQP, CPK, SPC, GR&R, 8D, root cause analysis, process control plan, quality audit
? Experience of mobile phone quality specification
? Good customer skill and communication skill, project management skill as asset
? Good English both in written and verbal
? Six Sigma knowledge and experience preferred
