DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Understand test spec and test set up method.
2) Prepare for test plan according to SOR
3) Provide test items cost and test duration for quotation.
4) Carry on seating system testing in house
5) Outsource and coordinate the testing
6) Document testing result and test report
7) Support to purchase testing equipment
8) Communicate with global test lab to clarify test details
9) Communicate with customers about testing issues
10) Regularly maintain test equipment

QUALIFICATION:
1) Bachelor degree or above major in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering related
2) 5 years’ experience in automotive engineering filed
3) At least 2 year experience in seating system testing
4) Good English communication skills both on oral and writing
5) Driving license is a plus
6) Good teamwork
