SUMMARY:

Responsible in facilitating all the training related activities to our clients, including . Performing “training”, not “teaching”, “coaching”, not “spoon feeding”, “facilitating”, not “instructing” in the classroom.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate the training process and monitor students in the application of training contents and tools.

Use relevant multimedia technology and games to support training.

Participate in regular progressive evaluation (using our standardize benchmark materials) of student’s performance and development.

Assign, grade and provide constructive feedbacks on class work, homework, tests, assignments, dialogues.

Provide appropriate progressive feedback on trainees’ language development.

Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.

Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ weaknesses, strengths, progress and development.

Provide a variety of supplemental interactive learning materials and resources for use in educational activities such as games.

Identify, select and compliment given resources of different instructional resources and methods to meet students’ varying needs.

Prepare required reports (ex: student attendance; progress report; etc.) on students and activities.

Manage student participation and class discipline by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.

Plan, prepare and deliver training activities that facilitate active learning experiences.

Develop organizational schemes of work and lesson plans according to the needs.

Make advance preparation of training materials needed.

Establish and communicate clear objectives for all training activities.

Prepare classroom for class activities.

Using tasks-based training method to further enhance progressive competency.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Possess a minimum Bachelor degree in the related discipline.

Minimum 2-3 years of corporate language training program experience.

Minimum 3-4 years of increasing supervisory responsibilities in the related industry sectors.

Possess TOEFL / TEFL certificate.

Must be a team player.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Willing to travel to clients’ in-house training locations as needed.

Work at varying hours according to needs.

Classes can be assigned anywhere from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
