Job responsibilities::

Automatic/Robot welding

1、Support implementation of Robot Cells.

2、define optimised parametres and trajectories to enable : Quality, HSE, Productivity, Error prevention (sensor...), define Maintenance operation

manual welding (MAG + SPOT)
1、Define optimised welding parameters on welding press for every routing to guarantee a good and repetable welding against customer standard.
2、Define optimised parametres and work instructions to guarantee Quality for manual MAG work centre, organise required measurement to ensure quality level is reached.
3、Define maintenance programm for every tools, coordinate repairs of welding tools.
4、set up welding tools and organise work centre environment to garantee:
Respect of the product and its geometry . Compliance to HSE rules . Error prevention (missing component, incorrect component...) . Productivity (pph)

Job requirement:

basic command of PC operating, know-how on spot welding, mag welding parametres, plc programming, robot trajectories, quality tools (geometry report, capabilities, resistance test, macrography)

independence , team work, solving problems, manual skill, accurecy, communication

kowledge about robot and welding ABB,KUKA,FR0NIUS

Koeledge about welding in AUTOMOTIVE Industry,Body Structure and Under Body products
