储备船长为私人游艇聘用的专职船长，工作地点：三亚、厦门、舟山、青岛等主要港口城市

职位要求：

1、 持有全国通用游艇驾照海证或内河证

2、 拥有5年以上的船务工作经验，3年以上的游艇驾驶经验

3、 拥有一定的航海经验，拥有较强的处理海上突发问题的应变能力

岗位职责：

1、负责制定游艇海务管理工作制度和程序。负责制定海务管理工作计划，并组织实施。

2、负责监督、检查和指导游艇安全生产工作，纠处游艇安全生产中存在的问题，督促实施并跟踪验证。有权对不适航船舶提出修理的建议、意见。

3、负责游艇出航的全程驾驶，管理领导船务工作人员
