Sales development manager
Reach Logistics is a young and dynamic logistic firm working with R-incubator, a strategic investment firm with operations in 21 countries.
We are currently looking for a business developer with a focus on sales. The profile of our team of talent is generally young and aggressive with solid experience and/or background in their field of operation.
Reach Logistics while being a young startup is gaining momentum everyday thanks to its relentless and creative team lead by a freshly appointed CEO with 12 years’ experience as a high profile executive in a 6000+ employee logistic group, where she headed operations for China. Reach is striving to take it to the next level and beyond, in the shortest amount of time.
We believe that it can be a great experience and opportunity for anyone interested in challenges and growing within a company.
Primary tasks:
- Develop sales by establishing a network, grow Reach brand visibility/exposure and prospecting new clients as well as converting contacts in our existing database
- Create dashboards, and report on results
- Follow up on operation schedules with the operation team and keep clients updated
- Business development with overseas partners
Requirement:
- At least a bachelor degree
- Previous experience in logistic and/or trading will be a very strong asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data driven
- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to dive deep matched with the ability to think big
- Proven track record of moving quickly and delivering results in an entrepreneurial environment will be a very strong asset
- Ability to prioritize projects on an ROI-basis
- Fluent in English is a must
This role is perfect for a sales and business developer who thrives in a on a mix of strategy, execution, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be creative a problem-solving, be ROI-focused and able to prioritize, set deadlines, and meet aggressive growth goals. We expect the right candidate to be autonomous, responsible, curious and performance oriented while being a very good team-player.
Indicative salary:
5500rmb to 8000rmb and up + commission on sales performance
