职位描述
Title: Merchandising Assistant
Work Location: Guangzhou, China
Report to: China Purchasing Director
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist Merchandiser with proper information and manner.
2. Follow merchandiser instruction and keep track of the entire process from receiving client requests to goods delivery. Register necessary document or the system, including but not limited to:
a) Quotation request form
b) Sample request form
c) New material development follow up
d) Receive Client purchase orders from merchandiser and prepare order form
e) Bulk material delivery status follow up
f) Container arrangement follow up, checking of packing list
g) Production schedule update and follow up
h) Finish products deliver to client and follow up
3. Check and ensure all information are clear and understandable for all areas
4. To assist the merchandisers in collaborating with all internal departments and increase the efficiency in communication and solve all the ongoing problems and mistakes.
5. Assist merchandiser in establishing documentation for client profile, portfolio, price and market stand, testing requirement, volume, etc. as resource file internally.
6. Assist merchandiser in establishing and maintaining sample showcase/ material library/ production material card/ samples data file, and all other internal archives as company resources.
