职位描述
Title: Purchasing Manager
Location: Guangzhou
Report to: China Purchasing Director
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage Sourcing/ Purchasing team.
2. Communicate with internal departments for status updates and information clarification.
3. Sourcing and develop new material and suppliers on a regular basis.
4. Collect market trend information for raw materials and notify to the management of the company.
5. Check and approve material costing, quotation of material costing, price comparison, purchase order, L/D color and PP color.
6. Check and approve the IQC report and handle defect situation with purchaser.
7. Establish weekly supplier assessment report and evaluate each supplier.
8. Check and chase new material souring for samples on a daily basis and solve problems on spot.
9. Deal with defects and abnormal situations of the bulk production materials. Negotiate terms of indemnity with suppliers and submit opinions and suggestions on solving the issues and difficulties.
10. Gather information and update bulk material procurement status to merchandising, IQC and warehouse.
11. Establish sourcing library.
