职位描述
Title: Purchaser
Location: Guangzhou
Report to: Purchasing Manager
Main Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing/ develop new material according to inquiries.
2. Offer quotation and costing to commercial/ merchandising department.
3. Follow up and push for new material delivery.
4. Purchase materials according to required quantity. Control and confirm bulk production material color approval.
5. Follow up on bulk production material supply and ensure suppliers deliveries respect quality, quantity and on time.
6. Handle defects, incidents, accidents and emergency situation for all material supply.
7. Counter check and confirm the deliveries are in accordance to the purchase order. And feedback to accounts payable.
8. Collect new development material and prepare swatch hanger with proper information on a timely basis.
9. Source new suppliers and propose suitable suppliers.
