职位描述

Title: Merchandiser

Work Location: Guangzhou, China

Report to: China Purchasing Director


Main Responsibilities:

1. Handle client requests and response to clients with proper information and manner.
2. Follow through and keep track of the entire process from receiving client requests to goods delivery, and roll out planning with strong sense of time management , including:
a) Develop new clients and maintain existing clients
b) Client meetings
c) Quotation
d) Sample development
e) New material development
f) Client purchase orders
g) Arrange for consumption and paper pattern from sample room
h) Bulk material delivery
i) Container arrangement
j) Production schedule
k) Finish products deliver to client
3. Check and ensure all information are clear and understandable for all areas
4. To act as the only window and channel to clients and collaborate with all internal departments and increase the efficiency in communication and solve all the ongoing problems and mistakes, in order to improve the services to clients and respect the delivery date.
5. Establish documentation for client profile, portfolio, price and market stand, testing requirement, volume, etc. as resource file internally.
6. Establish and maintain sample showcase/ material library/ production material card/ samples data file, and all other internal archives as company resources.
