Position Summary:
Be responsible for customer services, act as coordinator between customers and engineers, between customers and certifications bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver customer services by acting as the coordinator and monitor between external clients and internal technical colleagues regarding the progress of inspection projects and all related events.
- To manage main accounts and handle customer's enquiries for project related or non- project related issues or complaints.
- To do preparation for job opening and confirm the process with clients.
- To claim payment for service from clients.
- To deal with related documents, e.g. report, certificate, invoice and so on. And keep them filing.
- To follow with samples.
- To apply for certificate.
- To maintain client information in Synetls.
- To quote for test service to clients as required.
- To apply for and deliver Certificate/Test Report for clients as required.
- To process the translation of language as required.


Person Specifications:
- University graduate or above, major or minor in German.
- At least 2 years' customer services experience, with related industry experience is preferential.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency English in reading, writing and speaking.
- Proactive and detail-minded, with good problem solving and customer service sense.
- Good time management skills.
- Good skills in planning.
