RESPONSIBILITES:

• Lead the PPAP approval for the complete faucet, components and package.
• Supplier quality management for the Luxury brand category which including maintain the supplier score card, customer compliant follow up and supplier quality continue improvement.
• Conduct the inspection for the components and complete faucet.
• Implement the QFD process to ensure the design quality and design intend is well transferred to the supplier.
• Participate in the pilot run and make the assessment from the quality perspective.
• Participate in Design and Process FMEA’s for new products

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Industry engineering required
• A minimum of 2 years experience required in quality related field of consumer product, plumbing industry is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GD&T and gage design principle.
• Basic knowledge of Zinc Die casting, brass forging, screw machine, plastic injection molding process required.
• Familiar with the surface coating process.
• Familiar with the manuals included in TS16949.
• Basic knowledge of statistic, advanced statistic tools such as ANOVA, DOE, and Correlation analysis is preferred.
• Industry engineering background such as lean production is preferred.
• Languages: English (speak fluently, read and write)
• Must be able to travel up to 30%
