RESPONSIBILITES:

• Create and monitor project schedule based on the input from US marketing team.
• Coordinate with the Fitting Engineering Leader to obtain the quality and engineering resource to build the project team and responsible for the project team performance.
• Create WBS and assign to the team member.
• Assess the risks in the project and create the mitigation plan accordingly.
• Report project status to US Engineering and marketing team in a weekly basis.
• Lead the pilot run for the complete faucet.
• Solve the issues raise up in the development stage.
• Commit the launch date to US team by using the Critical Path / PE-RT technology to analysis the project schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related major required
• A minimum of 2 years experience required in design/quality related field of consumer product, plumbing industry is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 year experience required in project management.
• Provable ability the lead the project successfully in the latest 5 years.
• PMP certification is required. Proficient in the MS Project software.
• Proficient in project management tool set like WBS, Grant Chart, Critical Path analysis, PE-RT, Risk management etc.
• Strong problem solve skills and analysis ability.
• Strong leadership and motivation skill.
• Very good communicate skills such as active listen, negotiation and conflict management.
• Languages: English (speak fluently, read and write)
• Must be able to travel up to 20%
