工作职责：
？1.协助支行行长规划、指导并控制支行日常运作，以保证提供可靠、快捷及高质量的服务
？2.负责支行柜面运作部门及日常行政事务的管理
职位要求：
？1.大学本科或以上学历，中英文程度良好，英语水平达CET六级
？2.8年以上银行业务运作实践经验，熟悉银行日常业务流程及操作
？3.3年以上银行相关管理工作经历
？4.熟悉人民银行、银监局及外管相关条例规定
？5.沟通协调能力强，能独立开展工作，愿意接受挑战并能承受工作压力
？6.熟悉办公室电脑软件应用

Job Responsibilities:
？1.Assist sub-branch manager to plan, direct and control daily operations of the sub-branch, ensure to supply reliable, efficient and excellent services.
？2.In charge of sub-branch counter operations and daily general administration affairs.

Requirements:
？1.Bachelor's degree or above, be fluent in both English and Chinese
？2.8 years’ banking operations experiences
？3.At least 3 years’ banking management experiences
？4.Familiar with the rules and regulations of PBOC, CBRC and SAFE
？5.Good communication and interpersonal skills, be willing to take challenges and work under pressure
？6.Proficient in office software applications
