Key areas of accountability

- Leading lean excellence deployment in Philips CL Zhuhai, fulfill the request of 5 phase program and pass the phase exit.

- Responsible to Eliminate Waste and Create Value by Reducing variation in the processes to achieve Sustainable Results throughout the Organization.

- Develop lean competency in oranization through lean tools and awareness training, kaizen event, kaikaku visit etc.

Arrange the policy deployment meeting to define the strategy of the site and set up breakthrough improvement action to support long term strategy.

- Set up and manage the Kaizen system to drive business excellence and support business growth .

- Develop and maintain nerworks with Peers across the Philips deployment sites and external to Philips.

Job requirement

- Minimum qualification: University Degree

- Experience: At least 5-8 years with Lean

- Have a strong Lean in Operations, Supply Chain and office background in a related industry(Mechanical).

- Industry engineering experience is prefered.

- Good English Skill
