职位描述

GENERAL MISSION主要任务:


-update job description and work with function department for the designing of job description for new positions
-更新职位描述,与职能部门一起设计新的职位描述。


-communicate with line managers to update the recruiting requirements
-与部门经理联系以了解最新的招聘需求。


-prepare recruitment advertisement and choose the right channel.
-准备招聘广告,选择合适的招聘渠道。


-receive and review incoming applications. Screen out the suitable candidates by resumes selection or telephone interviews before pass the candidates to the line manager.
-处理求职申请,通过简历筛选和电话面试挑选合适的应聘人员提供给用人部门面试。


-arrange and participate in the face to face interview.
-安排并参加面试。


-prepare interview report and provide employment advice.
-撰写面试报告并提供录用建议。


-follow up other issues on employment such as issue engagement letter, provide information on working conditions and coordinate the installation of new employee.
-处理其它录用相关的事情如:发放聘书,提供工作条件方面的咨询以及协调新员工的安置。


-improve the recruitment process to shorten the recruitment cycle.
-改善招聘流程,缩短招聘周期。


-associate with HR manager to widen channels for recruitment in order to build up a talent pool for further development of the company.
-与人事经理一起拓宽招聘渠道,为公司的进一步发展建立人才库。


-prepare all kinds of recruiting analysis report on time, cost, efficiency etc.
-撰写各类招聘分析报告,如时间、费用、效率等。


-report the status of recruitment to HR manager on a monthly basis.
-给人事经理提供招聘进度月报。


-maintain a daily working relationship with recruitment web sites, headhunter, labor bureau etc.
-与招聘网站,猎头公司,劳动局等保持良好的工作关系。



POSITION REQUIRMENT( EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL SKILL, TRAINING) 岗位需求(学历, 经验, 特殊技能, 培训) :


-education: Bachelor degree, majored in human resource management or psychology.
-教育:本科学历,人力资源管理或心理学专业


-experience: HR background; at least 2 years working experiences in recruiting field in a joint venture or foreign investment only;
-经验:人力资源背景;至少两年的合资或独资企业招聘工作经验


-special skills: Fluent spoken and written English. Good computer operation skills. Open-minded with excellent communication and presentation skills. Proactive, independent and responsible.
-特殊技能:英文良好;熟练的电脑操作技能;思想开明,具有良好的沟通和表达能力;独立,主动,负责任。
