KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Work 24/7 emails globally while assisting in Ambassador set events and other coordinators duties
  • Pull and organize the daily/weekly Ambassador guest arrival report
  • Communicate directly with properties Executive offices to advise of Ambassador guest arrivals
  • Organize weekly hotel acknowledgment reports
  • Issue resolution and create problem solving
  • Organize concierge type activities for Ambassador Guests
  • Communicate with hotels and assist them with queries when needed
  • Closely work with Ambassador team to suggest and research Surprise and Delights
  • Track and record all Surprise and Delights
  • Expense reports for S&D
  • Assisting Supervisor with scheduling and vacation requests
  • Enter Ambassador Commendations
  • Update and provide refresher training as needed
  • Organize team contests, newsletter and events
  • Assist the Supervisor and Manager in various projects as they arise
  • Other duties as assigned by management


JOB REQUIEMENTS

  • Strong aptitude and passion for customer service.
  • Good written and verbal English language skills
  • A global team player with a pleasant personality and ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate via phone, email, text, instant message, fax and manage communications in cooperation with peers.
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to manage multiple work flows.
  • Sound decision-making abilities.
  • Willing to take shift duty including weekend and public holiday;
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attendance & reliability
