职位描述
Position Purpose
Position responsible for developing predictive models, designing and executing ad hoc statistical research, and executing model validation and scoring for various CRM initiatives (including but not limited to, prospecting, retention and customer segmentation).
Key Accountabilities
Essential Functions:
- Develop predictive models, design and execute ad hoc statistical research, and executing model validation and scoring for CRM initiatives.
- Apply advanced statistical methods to resolve business issues from internal marketing organization.
- Work directly with data contents from data warehouse and identify problems and manage projects to improve data quality.
- Responsible for collecting business requirements from business teams including interfacing directly with senior leaders, identifying modeling needs form these requirements and proposing new models or model revisions.
Supportive Functions:
- Data quality search, data systems testing.
Requirements
Master's Degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree with 7-9 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Course of Study - Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science or other quantitative disciplines.
- Previous experience of handling large dataset required (> 10 million rows and 400 variables)
Candidate must be able to work hands-on with minimal supervision.
- Hospitality/travel industry experience is preferred
Proficient skills in large datasets and using Oracle databases.
Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision.
Highly proficient in SQL, SAS, Unix and Excel VBA.
Knowledge of advanced statistics (logistic regression, cluster analysis, design of experiments, decision tree, time series modeling, etc).
Good commend for both English speaking and writing.
