1、负责文件资料的收集、发放、借阅、建档、保管等管理工作；
2、负责各种沟通信息的传达与跟踪；
3、负责部门的会议安排，记录，跟踪等；

学校介绍：
广州市天河区愿达语言培训中心由暨大海归学者江明俊与美国教授Randolph（谐音愿达）在1995年创办，目前10间分校遍布广州，语种涵盖英语、日语、韩语、法语、德语、俄语、阿拉伯语、西班牙语、泰语、希伯来语、印度语、波斯语、马来语、对外汉语、粤语、普通话等。上课方式包括全日制、半日制、业余制、会员制、一对一、自组班、企业团体培训等。

     Randolph Language Center was established by US Professor Randolph Wadsworth and some overseas returned scholars in 1995. There are six departments and eight branches in GuangZhou now. i.e. the Department of Corporate Training, the Department of oral English, the Department of English exam (TOEFL, IELTS, PETS, and BEC), the Department of Mandarin and Cantonese for Foreigners, and Department of Japanese & Korean etc.
 
    Since 1995, Randolph Language Center has adopted the Functional-Communicative Teaching Method, which has been recognized as the most mature and effective language teaching method by the international language teaching community.
 
    Today, the school has an enrolment of 6000 students with more than 200 excellent Chinese and overseas teachers. During the past six years, we have trained over 400,000 students and enjoy a high prestige in the field of language training.
