Responsibilities:

1. Manage the team members as a coach and mentor.
2. Manage the training and people development projects.
3. Propose the annual training plan and control the training executive.
4. Optimise the training progress and system.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 5 - 8 years working experience in HR, 3+ years in training and with 1+ year being as a team leader.
3. Good command of English (Reading and writing is necessary, Good speaking and listening is plus).
4. Proactive,optimistic,initiative and with the background of electronics related is preferred.
