Responsibilities:
?Managing overall store operations, personnel, administration and security
?Maintain store visual display and presentation in accordance with the image of the Company
?Ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, discounts, transfer and stock adjustment, human resources issues in aligning with the company policy
?Maintain the accurate inventory level
?Review and analyze sales performance from time to time; react promptly and propose strategy
?Provide seasonal feedback on merchandise movement
?Develop new customers and establish good relationship with customers so as to maintain them as regular basis
?Maintain the store in optimum condition from cleanliness to tidiness
?Strengthen and enhance every step of the in-store sales and customer service processes so as to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
?Train and develop personnel ensuring all positions performed in consistent standards
?Develop and maintain good relation with both internal and external customer.


Requirements:

?Female, with good temperament
?Junior college degree above, abroad background preferred
? At least 5 years luxury or high-fashion sales experience, 3years store operation management experience
? Strong analytical ability and customer-oriented
? self-motivated, excellent employee management capability.
? Excellent command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
? Familiar with MS.
