PDU OM is part of DU IP & Broadband within BNET. As part of the new PDU OM international organization, in Beijing we develop all SPO related Packet features. In the same site we also host the related responsibility concerning System & Technology, Node Function Test, Design Maintenance and Customer Support. The local organization consists of more than 160 employees focusing on System, SW and HW design plus I&V competence to design, test and mantain our product deliveries. We run our development in programs and fully deployed Agile WoW.

As program manager for PDU OM in Beiging, you will report directly to PDU OM Portfolio Management function and you will cooperate and communicate with colleagues all over the world, both inside PDU and with colleagues in Product Line. So excellent English and inter-cultural communication skills are required as well as ability to travel abroad.

You will also support the local FDC Packet head to overall manage the capacity and build the scenario plan as part of the PDU central function.

Your work will include
· Program Scenario planning;
· Program planning support (Way of Working, budget, resource capacity) with Area PO network and peers at PDU level
· Work with Product Owners to work out the high level project plan (Design and I&V);
· Support the Planning and control the overall program Cost against the forecast;
· Cooperate with Portfolio Manager to prepare, submit and follow up Feature Development Decisions at PDU PAB;
· Support the local FDC Packet for Capability management;
· Supporting local FDC Packet in coordinating features allocation among different Cross Functional Teams

Qualifications

· Master of Science or equivalent
· PMI certification
· More than 5 years of technical project management experience
· Strong project management competence and excellent communication skills
· Can generate energy and has a passion to win
· Strong push for excellence
· Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
· Agile WoW experience is preferred
· Thorough understanding and experience on project management process and applicable processes, methods and tools for development and testing
· Excellent skills in written and spoken English
· Solid experience within telecommunication
