Responsibilities
•Work as technical leader within Radio Base Station development and maintenance projects
•Manage HW System Design, define HW architecture, system solutions of radio products
•Handle systemization of functionalities and requirements, including break down to the lower level
•Lead technical analysis, studies and investigations and communicate with Product Management, Production and Markets
•Obtain and maintain a wide knowledge of Radio Access Network and Ericsson products roadmap

This person should
•Enjoy and be confident in driving and working with teams across multiple sites and/or units
•Be willing to find creative solutions when lacking information
•Be business and customer focused with emphasis on seeing the big picture
•Have strong leadership and good communication and social skills

Qualifications

•Master degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent
•Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems
•Strong Leadership and good communication and social skills
•Fluent in English speaking and writing
•Minimum 3 years professional experience of Radio/HW System Design or Radio Development within radio access area
•Experience of hardware design is a plus
