Report to: Sales Director

Responsibilities:
1.Be in charge of business development in his responsible industry and reach sales and GP target.
2.Provide professional technical supports for customers including products introduction and new products promotion ,technical seminar, issues solving, quick response to complaints and quality problems.
3.Be in cooperation with internal sales team and finance department to keep payment of contract are returned in accordance with required conditions.
4.Establish and maintain a good long term partner relationship with the potential/existing customers.
5.Collect information of market and competitors and feedback to company timely.
6.Submit job related reports such as weekly report, weekly plan, forecast, visit report, market research, sales review and so on regularly and timely.
7.Continuous, consequent and task oriented guidance of the employee with the view of the set targets and goals.
8.Provide training and guidance to sales team on sales skill (including Value Selling), customer services skill, and knowledge mastery of products and application in order to enhance the employee's knowledge and capabilities.
9.Define management routine of responsible area team and make sure of the implementation.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or relevant major;

2.At least 5+ years sales experience in heavy industry, 2+ years successful sales management experience;
3.Good managerial skills such as people handling, time management, planning & implementation, decision making and so on;
4.Excellent market research, analysis and exploring capability;
5.Hard-working, work under pressure, willing to traveling.

6.Fluent in English is a plus;
