岗位职责：
1. 负责品牌独立站女装品类 跨境全托管的招买，负责选款、招款、及推款等工作；
2. 根据产品企划案与供应商对接每季产品开发方向，并要求供应商按产品企划案进行针对性开发，看版，改版，结合季节产品开发规划，确定样版；
3. 制定采购计划和产品目录，推进供应商报价、议价以及推款进度，与买手对接进行产品筛选；
4. 品类采买：协助或自主负责相关品类的采买包含但不限于：热销款分析，商家推品引导和沟通，价格引导和谈判，上新目标把控。
5. 商家关系管理和维护：定期管理和维护商家关系，推动合作共赢和资源整合有效性；
6. 销售、库存、付款数据跟进：定时与商家同步销售和库存数据。 以及内部财务管理按时付款；
7. 重点商家管理(Key Account)： 识别和激励重点商家的定期产品上新和销售绩效拉升,协同管理一起设置持续合作计划和目标。

任职要求：
1、3年以上跨境买手或是女装品类运营经验；
2、有较好的数据理解及分析能力，总结分析畅滞销品，了解客户需要，并应用到新品开发中；
3、善于开发、培养、管理供应商，有供应商资源者优先考虑；
4、熟悉服装面辅料、工艺成本等；
5、良好的团队协作和沟通能力
