岗位说明：
1. 及时为外籍员工办理工作许可和签证等证件，保证外籍员工工作以及停留的合法性，协助外籍人员快速适应本地生活；
2. 及时和政府以及相关部门保持沟通，与政府部门办事人员保持联系，熟悉工作许可及签证相关的政策法规；
3. 参与协助外籍员工管理事务中各类文件的制作、更新、翻译、整理；
4. 负责校区提交的外籍录用通知书和合同的审核；
5. 参与协助制定和更新人力资源相关政策；
6. 参与协助HR其他相关模块工作，例如新员工入离职管理等；
7. 定时向直属上司提交工作总结、工作计划，及时对所负责的工作给予反馈和汇报。
8. 完成上级领导安排的其他相关工作。

任职要求
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，英语相关专业；
2. 精通英语，优秀的英文文笔功底；
3. 有2年以上HR工作经验；有国际学校人事/外事经验者优先考虑；
4. 了解中西方文化，具有较强的沟通协调能力、人际交往能力、分析和解决问题的能力；
5. 熟悉HR软件及办公软件的使用。
