岗位职责：
1.参与Android应用的设计和开发工作。
2.根据产品需求，编写高质量的代码实现。
3.与团队成员协作，参与日常的代码审查和讨论。
4.跟踪并学习Android开发的最新趋势和技术。

任职要求：
1.1-3年的Android开发经验，对移动应用开发有热情。
2.熟悉Java或Kotlin编程语言，具备良好的编程基础。
3.熟悉Android SDK和开发工具，如Android Studio。
4.了解Android应用的生命周期和组件，如Activity、Service、BroadcastReceiver等。
5.能够使用SQLite或相关数据库技术进行数据存储。
6.英语能够进行基本的沟通交流，能够阅读和理解英文技术文档。
7.良好的学习能力和解决问题的能力。

加分项：
1.有实际的Android应用开发经验。
2.对Android性能优化有一定了解。
3.熟悉RESTful API和网络编程。
