岗位职责：
1、开拓招聘服务市场，了解客户需求，开发新客户和维护老客户；
2、挖掘分析客户的招聘需求，为客户定制化招聘解决方案，并提供使用建议；
3、把握销售机会，与客户谈判促成合作，达成销售目标；
4、主动维护新老客户关系，对客户赋能，有效解决客户的咨询、疑问、投诉、建议及反馈，提高客户满意度；
5、挖掘自身潜力，追踪客户的产品使用建议，收集一线营销信息。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，1-2年以上销售相关工作经验优先；有B端销售经验尤佳；
2、热爱销售工作，愿意从事销售岗位工作；
3、有成功欲望，进取心/责任心强，
4、良好的跨部门沟通能力，思维敏捷，目标导向。

薪资架构：无责底薪（5-6K）+提成+奖金
