Job Summary
61 Spare parts Sales and Service Specialist are responsible for the maintenance and correction of products that have been sold.
61 Provide off-site corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions.
61 Interact with customers to provide information and procedures to address the inquiries, concerns and requests to their products and services
61 Leading the spare parts sales all through APAC.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
61 Lead spare parts proactive sales in PPS Asia.
61 Take part in the proactive spare parts strategy development in the regions and deploy with the relevant teams.
61 Assisit AfterMarket P&L reports.
61 Responds to customer complaints; evaluates and solves problems of customers.
61 Preparing customer list and updating customer contact report
61 Analyze, inspect and review findings to determine the solution to the problem according to customer’s needs.
61 Works alongside with technical sales engineers.
61 Develop and maintain relations with customers.
61 Reports common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference.
61 good reporting – representable to customer
61 Provide recommendations to maintenance technicians; and feedback on product development, features and functions.
61 Maintain the communication between HQ team and service teams
61 Providing feedback to R&D and engineering team for new development.
61 Learning new application.

Education and Experience Requirements
61 Diploma to Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineer or related field.
61 5-8 years experience in technical field service experience
61 Strong mechanical or electrical skills.
61 Good interpersonal and communication skills.
61 Good command of spoken and written English.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
61 Have worked as sales and handled below activity-
o Self-planning for developing spare parts business
o Setting goal for spare parts business.
o Have strong ability to work independently under pressure.
61 Justyfying product pricing with technical advantage.
61 Ability to work cross functionally especially with the Sales and Inside Sales teams.
61 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
He must be familiar with all parts of the product as well as familiarity with electrical or mechanical procedures that may have effect on the products being purchased. They must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to relay the problem and solution to customers and management.
61 Pragmatical thinking
61 Good skills in process control - Pelletizing Line
61 Preferred Good knowledge about
o Underwater pelletizing line and possibilities
o Complete compounding process (from feeding over melting until pelletizing, drying (PET crystallization) etc…)
o Different polymers and behaviors
61 Willing for experiment
61 Strong analytical and Computer Skills
61 Possess high standard of work ethics to ensure confidentiality of company information
61 Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines
61 Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, including upper management
61 Integrity, honest; hard working, proactive, detail-oriented, team player, strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
61 Highly motivated and self disciplined; self-motivated, customer-oriented.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
Working outside of the company premises without any direct supervision. Frequently traveling for service in Asia countries. Many time have to work with different language speaking people.
