岗位职责：
1、负责开拓和对接企业HR、老板和用人部门，针对客户的招聘需求推荐招聘会员方案，邀请企业入驻平台发布广告信息；
2、维护新老客户关系，协调公司资源为客户解决在招聘产品使用过程中出现的问题，对客户赋能，建立长期互信的合作关系；
3、追踪分析客户的产品使用及效果数据，以数据为支撑、以助力客户达成招聘目标为导向，为客户提供产品使用的专业建议。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，有一年以上的销售经验，有B端销售经验者优先考虑；
2、热爱销售工作，独立思考，胆大踏实，积极努力；
3、具备优秀的沟通协调能力。
