职位描述
岗位职责:
1、负责开拓和对接企业HR、老板和用人部门,针对客户的招聘需求推荐招聘会员方案,邀请企业入驻平台发布广告信息;
2、维护新老客户关系,协调公司资源为客户解决在招聘产品使用过程中出现的问题,对客户赋能,建立长期互信的合作关系;
3、追踪分析客户的产品使用及效果数据,以数据为支撑、以助力客户达成招聘目标为导向,为客户提供产品使用的专业建议。
岗位要求:
1、大专及以上学历,有一年以上的销售经验,有B端销售经验者优先考虑;
2、热爱销售工作,独立思考,胆大踏实,积极努力;
3、具备优秀的沟通协调能力。
