工作职责：
1. 负责车险或医疗险业务理赔工作和相关手续；
2. 资料录入、资料对接及核对客户资料、提醒客户按时提交保险理赔、确保文件准确；
3. 确保按时、按质、按量完成工作；
4. 确保客户资料的准确性和保密性；
5. 内勤部门、需联络客户、不需要外出；
6. 领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限，金融类、保险类、工商管理类专业优先；
2. 思维敏捷，善于沟通；
3. 必需粤语流利，英语读写能力强；
4. 性格坚韧，具备良好的应变能力和抗压能力;
5. 好学肯干，有良好的团队意识;
6. 具备2年以上相关工作经验;
7. 具备一定车险业务认识者优先考虑。
