1. To be charge on the following:
1.1. Manage Mechanical Suppliers quality activities such: Audits, QC Guide and leading inspection and OQC activities.

1.2. Close Loop Corrective and Preventive actions implementation at Suppliers and Manufacturers.

1.3. Monitoring of production quality and yields, analyze the results and lead in cooperation with the supplier improvement plans.

1.4. Contribute for New Manufacturers/ Suppliers evaluation for AVL/Quarter audit/Annual audit/ Weekly supplier product audit

2. Requirements:
2.1. Education:
2.1.1.BSc Mechanics or Materials Engineer
2.1.2.CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) Certification
2.1.3.Traveling 50%.

2.2. Experience:
2.2.1.More than 5 years at SQE for Mechanical parts, or work as CQE/PQE/PE in mechanical parts factory.
2.2.2.8D, Sampling Plans, PFMEA and Failure Analysis.
2.2.3. With IQC team management experience will be a plus

3. Knowledge:
3.1.1. Good understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies and inspection methods for Metal, Plastics, Painting and Surface Treatments etc. .
3.1.2.Drawing: clear with the requirement, measurements methodologies etc.

3.2. General characters
3.2.1.Cooperation skills to work closely with different suppliers as well as in-Organization communication.
3.2.2.Good skills as individual performer and team player.
3.2.3.Self-motivated and task oriented for Quality improvement of the manufacturers.

3.3. Language:
3.3.1.English verbal and writing skills.
3.3.2.Capability for English communications (e mail, data analysis and reporting)
