The job plays a crucial role in shaping the future direction of the organization and ensuring that it remains competitive and sustainable in the long term.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with GSCM team to explore the feasibility of opportunities for MFG network optimization.
2. Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve the goals and objectives of global supply chain.
3. Support global supply chain improve manufacture efficiency and cost saving. Deep dive opportunities.
4. Leading related GSCM SP projects and prepare compelling business cases and related analysis.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic projects and initiatives.
6. Evaluate and analysis investment efficiency to drive investment pay back more efficiency.
7. Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards achieving strategic objectives.
8. Providing guidance and support to senior leadership in decision-making processes.
9. Developing and managing budgets associated with strategic initiatives.
10. Act as analysis expert to supply chain teams to provide period review with clear visibility.
11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
12. Other tasks support GSCM SP VP

Requirements:
？ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
？ Minimum of 10 years of experience for strategy&planning, consulting, or financial area. Supply Chain financial analysis experience in FMCG company is must.
？ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
？ Knowledge of financial analysis tools and techniques.
？ Familiarity with capital management and procedures.
？ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
？ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
？ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
？ Good at oral and written English
