岗位职责：
1）协助客户开立跨境支付平台银行账户。
2）为外贸，货代企业提供海外账户和结汇人民币的解决方案和建议；
2）负责检查开户资料，跟进客户账户使用情况，解答客户疑问；
3）参与推广活动和互动活动，使得更多的客户使用账户，无销售业绩压力；
4）在公司领导指导下，开发新的业务；
岗位要求：
1）大专以上学历，优秀应届毕业生亦可。有国际签证/B2B外贸/国际物流/跨境电商/跨境收款/银行等行业经验优先；
2）要有服务意识；
3）要有耐心，需细心处理文件；
4）善于表达，语言组织能力和沟通能力强；
5）大学英语四级或以上。
