Responsibilities:
Maintain communications with supply chain participants to ensure customers expectations are met
Facilitate performance review with Customers & internal subcontract control tower
Handle customers enquiries
Daily review and categorization of email, intervention, exceptions follow-up, manage orders, procedure revisions, pre-advice alert, and performance reporting
Reply to all inquiries within 24 hours
Identify critical process checkpoints and ensure they are incorporated in SOP
Co-ordinate to perform value-added activities (e.g. Consolidation, MIT, plan & solution, Multi-Mode / Mode Selection, Proactive control & alert )
Proactive process monitoring by regular SOP review and process audit
Event/Exception/management, provide a single point of contact of exception issues and drive corrective actions as necessary
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement through correspondence and apply them to the process
Initiate on board/project rollout/improvement training with operation
Communicate problems and / or opportunities to the Regional Customer Manager and / or CPM for process / procedure evaluation


Requirements:
Analytical, planning & organisation, and problem solving skills (excellent).
PC skills (Internet, MS Windows & MS Office – essential)
Communication skills (English & Chinese Mandarin), fluent in verbal &written
Min 3 years experience within a cross-functional / matrix type organisation
Basic knowledge of the principles of supply chain management. (desirable)
A Diploma or degree in logistics or a relevant field
Knowledge of business processes as practices by the user community
Strong presentation and meeting skills
Good customer relationship and customer care skills to maintain customer satisfaction
Able to achieve results through influencing others, needs a strong record of delivering concrete results & achievements
Customer and end-user focused and empathy
Commitment to teamwork and sensitivity to cultural differences are essential
