We work closely with our commercial partner in the four regions to advance Novozymes ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience in a profitable way.
Job Description:
1.？？？？Logistics management (Strong Import & Export Experience)
·？？？？？？Overall responsible for Logistics function in China: ensure to provide professional logistic service to internal and external stakeholders.
·？？？？？？Optimizing import/export operation, customs clearance process, customs compliance, ensure smooth process implementation and customer orders fulfilment, coordination, trouble shooting, complaint follow up if needed.
·？？？？？？China Domestics transportation and external warehousing process optimization and operation.
·？？？？？？Continuous process optimization through cross-functional cooperation, OtC and digital solutions.
·？？？？？？Participate in allocated projects. Monitor and analysis for KPI to meet department target.
·？？？？？？Backup for team members when required.
2.？？？？Supplier Performance Management: Carrier, broker, forwarder management.
·？？？？？？Supervise suppliers’ daily work related to NZ to improve their performance.
·？？？？？？Regular evaluation for 3PL suppliers to ensure effective and valuable service are provided to NZ.
·？？？？？？Logistics market insight and logistics solution development
3.？？？？Secure compliance to the QMS system, authority and customs compliance.
·？？？？？？Responsible for all the logistics operations meet the requirement from QMS, authority and customs compliance.
4.？？？？Logistics cost analysis and management
·？？？？？？Responsible for settlement and approval of logistics expenses.
·？？？？？？Create monthly logistics cost reports, analyse expenses and implement optimization projects.
5.？？？？People and organization development.
·？？？？？？Build up a mature team and arrange well backup system to have more flexibility to handle manning change, vacation and volume increase.
·？？？？？？Responsible for developing logistics section and employee continuously.
·？？？？？？Coach, support and lead the team base on NZ leadership, take care of them and encourage them to grow by providing on job training or internal and external training course.
·？？？？？？Focus on employee's needs and address any gaps according to their Business Target and IDP, review and adequately communicate with employees on their IDP every half year.
·？？？？？？Do ad-hoc tasks for management, other jobs assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements:？
·？？？？？？Bachelor’s degree in international trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or equivalent.
·？？？？？？More than 8 years of experience in import & export, domestics transportation, warehouse, freight forwarder fields, minimum 5 years team management experience with strong leadership skills.
·？？？？？？Customer oriented mindset and service.
·？？？？？？Good communication skills and have power of influence, good network relationship build up capabilities.
·？？？？？？Fluent in both Chinese and English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·？？？？？？Must have well Biology and Dangers Goods cargo handling process, a good knowledge of the biology and chemical industry’s conditions would be a strong advantage.
