Principal Accountabilities：
1) Po management( Reconciliation, settle shipment plan, PO tracking)
2) Coordinate inspection both internal and 3rd party
3) Arrange exportation( booking , shipping documents, settle local charges)
4) Supplier payment follow up
5) Supplier delivery performance tracking

Responsibilities:
1) Follow up PO from Kraus US to supplier
2) Confirm shipping plan and track Po status
3) Arrange inspection request and coordinate inspection with internal QC and 3rd provided
4) Execute logistics requirements per SOP (Place booking, arrange container loading and prepare shipping documents, settle local charges, container consolidation)
5) Coordinate loading per customer requirement
5) Report out supplier performance and support Kraus US requirement

Key Qualifications
1, bachelor degree, international trade or logistics related professional
2, more than 2 years of foreign manufacturing international trade business, business documents, logistics follow up work experience
3, familiar with the Trade Promotion Council, Customs, commodity inspection, foreign exchange underwriting laws and regulations and processes and have the actual operation of the work experience
4, understanding of domestic logistics operations, warehouse operations
5、Strong communication and coordination skills, result-oriented
6、Skilled in the use of MS Office software, read and write fluent English and master the basic spoken language
