一对一特殊教育教学助理

（外部职位，非学校内部职位，雇主为学生家长, 薪资和家长面议）

工作目标：
负责一名指定的学生在校的学习活动以及行为管理，全程陪伴学生上课，帮助学生专注并提高学习能力达到可以独立完成学习任务的目的。

主要工作职责：
- 支持学生在校的学习活动，使学生能够提高学习能力，确保学习取得进步。
- 在课堂内外为学生提供1对1支持，按照学习计划，与学生一起完成学习任务。
- 对学生给与情绪和行为的引导，帮助他们发展社交技能，取得社交上的进步。
- 在班主任和学习支持部门的支持下，参与学生学习计划会议，评估学生的学习进度。
- 参与学生的学习能力评估，并能够向所有相关方(如班主任、学习支持部门、家长，级长)提供进度反馈。
- 与学习支持部门，班主任，家长和可能的外部机构密切合作。
- 至少每周以专业的方式并向家长提供信息丰富的观察总结。
- 支持课堂以外的学校生活，包括课后活动，学校旅行等，学校活动等。

具体要求如下：
- 大专及以上学历，教育或英语相关专业毕业；
- 有国际学校助教经验或者特殊教育经验者优先考虑；
- 英语口语流利和良好的书面英语能力；
- 善于沟通，有耐心和责任心；
- 学习能力强，有团队精神和较强执行力。

工作时间：周一至周五 7:30-16:00
工作地点：广州市白云区同和路983-3号 （广州英国外籍人员子女学校南湖校区）

The British School of Guangzhou
The British School of Guangzhou is at the forefront of international education in China. Established in 2005 for students aged 1-18, our school is recognised for academic excellence leading to outstanding A-Level results and entry to top universities worldwide. The Southlake Campus, a 20-minute drive north of the city centre, enjoys picturesque views over Nanhu Lake and a golf course. In August 2018, we opened a purpose-built Early Years building to cope with unprecedented demand for places. In September 2021, we opened an additional Primary and EYFS school, for up to 800 students, which will allow us to refurbish our current site to meet the growing number of Secondary Students.
