Job Description:
1.Meet Fob customers, nominated 3PL and vendors to understand the forecast and projection
2.Provide forecast to line focal for FOB customers in order line focal to consolidate forecast and plan the allocation.
3.Guide FOB customers to book according to SP and HIVE rule setup by BU .
4.Act as FOB focal for overseas Offices, coordinate with BU/CS/office Line focal/regional trade desk and reply the inquires from oversea offices.
5.FOB sales are not involved in quoting and contract filing, while acting as focal point to inform account owner to correct the filing to meet SSE requirement to avoid containers to be rolled due to auto rating failed at SI stage.
6.Guide and inform FOB customers of equipment release plan when equipment is short .
7.Exploring new CIF opportunities from FOB customers, nominated 3PL and vendors and pass the sales lead to CIF AO and SME sales.
8.Dig out new FOB opportunities and send sales lead to oversea offices to follow up, especially in the slack season to help office performance.
9.Push CIF imports during the daily contact with oversea sales.
Requirements:
1.Related 5 years sales working experience in shipping or internal forwarder is preferable.
2.Require very good English and communication/collaboration skills.
3. Fast typing, good computer skill, familiar with MS Excel.PPT.,
4.Good knowledge about market, competitors, and industry trends.
5. Customer oriented, out-going character, aggressive, high efficiency, good inter-personal communication skill.
6.Can work under pressure.
