工作地点：湖北鄂州

任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历，人力资源、工商管理等相关专业毕业；
2、5年以上工作经验，并熟悉人力资源至少两大模块。具备薪酬福利专业知识，熟悉国家相关法律政策以及社保操作流程；
3、具备良好的数据统计分析能力，熟练使用Excel, Word等办公软件；
4、具备良好的英文读写能力，具备基本的口语交流能力；
5、具有保密意识和服务意识；
6、该职位工作点在湖北鄂州，应聘成功后将在广州基地进行1-2年工作学习后再长驻湖北鄂州基地；
7、可根据面试以及工作能力等情况应聘更高一级岗位（助理经理）职位。

岗位职责：
1、总体负责人力资源六大模块的各项工作（主要方向是薪酬福利核算与发放；招聘；绩效考核；行政）；
2、完成部门领导交办的其他工作。
薪酬福利：福利齐全，五险一金，综合月收入1-2w。
