Develop and iterate on end-to-end designs for Agile digital marketing tests for web, mobile, and tablet user experiences through storyboards, mock-ups, sitemaps, process flows & prototypes
Take a user-centered design approach to create rapid interactive prototypes to simulate user interactions
Factor in technical restrictions & competitive analysis in design recommendations. Discuss design iterations with key stakeholders and integrate feedback
Ensure alignment with style guides, risk and compliance while designing immersive user experiences
Understand brand requirements, leverage existing artefacts and stock, and develop productive working relationships with brand stakeholders
Track user response in live designs and integrate customer insights in subsequent iterations
Gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with cross-functional team members and product managers
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
Design and test UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets, testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Communicate and present designs to both the internal team and the users to receive and integrate feedback to evolve the design
Manage dependencies and efficiently communicate plans, issues and results with senior management on a proactive and regular basis
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required in Design, HCI, or similar background; graduate degree preferred
At least 5+ years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. Experience of working in Agile project team a big plus
Solid and up-to-date knowledge of Figma is MUST.
Extensive knowledge of web design as well as usability principles and techniques
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills and should thrive in high expectation scenario with many stakeholders
Strong presentation and communication skills to deal with a broad set of stakeholders, ability to tell a story through data, identify opportunities and drive action plans
Efficient and confident communicator with very strong relationship building skills
Energy and desire to succeed; follows through on commitments; pushes self and others to deliver exceptional results
Strong collaboration, consensus building, problem resolution and communication skills are a prerequisite
Knowledge in Finance Market is a strong plus
