Key Responsibilities:

Play key role in campus recruitment program to deliver campus recruitment results
Lead to promote Carlsberg Employer Brand internally and externally in all possible channels and scenes, and ensure EB initiatives from Carlsberg Global to be implemented in China on time and with high quality
Develop and manage recruitment channels including online job sites, social media, internal referral program and headhunter agencies to support efficient and effective talent acquisition
Drive recruitment digitalization by continuously optimizing ATS, internal referral platform and exploring and applying new technologies to improve talent acquisition effectiveness
Responsible for data analysis to provide recruitment dashboard and market insight
Support to manage recruitment fee including budget and spending


Qualifications:
Experience, functional skills and knowledge:

3+ years talent acquisition working experience in employer branding
Bachelor's degree or above
Familiar with recruiting process and related HR Tools
