Scope of position: responsible for Vesta export KA account sales. Build and manage daily business development with customers related to order process and new product inquiry.
Product range: provide a total solution of kitchen equipment, dedicated for Cooking Equipment, service, and parts.
Key responsibilities:
Responsibility for sales activities, develop forecasts, financial objectives, business plans, and product specification. Identify outlook, and assess a local market condition and look for current and future sales opportunities, deals focused primarily on food equipment or General Kitchen Equipment Suppliers (GKES)
Setup clear product positioning and offering in the region – sell features and benefits
Maintain, and initiate detailed development of customer relations.
Leverage internal resources to drive full potential of customer business growth.
Carry out new product development (if any)
uccessful candidate profile:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Sales background is preferred
Language: Strong written and spoken English, CET 6(at least)
Age: 24~40 / Gender Requirement: None
Work experience includes:
2+ years sales experience in export sales, the industry of Food Equipment or General Kitchen Equipment Suppliers (GKES) is preferred.
Regional experience in N.A or EUR
Trackable record in Commercial/industrial product experience
Self-starter, and positive are key to cross-dept cooperation.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work with people at multiple levels both internal and external of the organization
1、负责管理和持续优化海外客户网络；
2、负责深入了解市场需求，收集整理与分析竞争对手信息，针对当地餐饮特点，进行有效的海外新品牌商客户开发，提升品牌影响力和市场占有率；
3、清晰明确客户订单要求；
4、及时处理客户询盘与邮件
5、督促跟单人员跟进订单的进度；
6、做好应收账款工作，及时回笼公司的资金；
7、处理好客户的产品投诉
8、应变能力强，处理好客户的各种订单需求
9、客户清关资料的审核及寄出
10、来访客户接待；
11、其他上级领导交办的事宜。
