本职位围绕电气和电子设计、开发、元器件评估、测试以及与跨部门合作，如机械、认证、市场、文件控制和项目管理，以生产新颖、创新的半导体产品及配件。除了概念化及设计半导体产品，该岗位在DFM 和DFMEA、报价、电气BOM表、样品和/或者大产方面更多依靠与外部供应商的合作。该岗位需要大量的电力电子设计知识，对EMC规则、国际标准和安全要求的深厚经验和理解以确保设计得以实现。
职位要求：
1. 本科或以上学历；电子信息工程，自动化控制，电子编程等相关专业；
2. 5年以上电子产品开发经验，熟悉电子产品开发设计流程，有LED驱动器开发经验更佳。
3. 熟练应用PCB相关软件，如Altium, PADS, Protel99等软件;
4. 能独立完成LED驱动器的硬件设计，调试及评估工作；
5. 熟悉电子生产制造流程，能现场排查生产故障；
6. 熟悉常规电子元器件（如电阻，电解电容，变压器，电感等）的测试和评估方法；
7. 具备的EMC和认证（UL, ETL, CSA等）方面的经验与知识；
8. 熟练使用常规实验室设备，如功率计，示波器等；
9. 懂单片机编程更佳。
10. 良好的英文听说读写能力。
主要职责:
1. 负责绘制LED产品的电路原理图和PCB布线图，选择电子元器件并建立BOM表；制作工程样品；准备开发产品规格及文件、硬件测试计划，以确保高品质的产品；

2. 设计、分析、验证电子设计以确保满足产品要求及规格；

3. 跨部门合作，如机械结构组、认证部、市场部、文件管控部和项目管理部的合作；

4. 开发阶段与外部供应商合作，可制作性评估（DFM）、失效模式分析（DFMEA）、协助报价、建立BOM表、样品制作、小批量试产等方面的技术支持；

5. 在量产阶段与供应商合作，建立可靠的生产工艺和测试流程，以确保终端产品满足质量及认证团队设定的标准。

6. 支持质量部门进行故障排查和失效分析，并提供改进方案。

7. 对现有产品的改进提供技术支持。

8. 向运营团队提供电子生产厂家和电子元件的选择建议和评估标准。

This Job is centered around electrical/electronics design, develop, component evaluation, test, and collaboration with the cross functional team such as mechanical, certification, marketing, document control, and program management in order to produce new and innovative Solid State Lighting (SSL) products &accessories. Beyond the conceptualization and design of SSL products, this position relies on extensive collaboration with external vendors during development phase for DFM & DFMEA reviews, RFQ review, releasing electrical BOM, and prototype and/or manufacturing build support.
The position relies on an extensive power electronics design knowledge with a strong experience
and understanding of EMC compliance and international standard & safety requirements
ensure all purposed lighting system designs become a reality. Flexibility and desire to travel
domestically is required for this position.
Job Description:
1. Schematic and PCB design for primary electronics and accessories, component selection, PCB layout review, electrical BOM, alternate components for BOM, design review, engineering prototyping, develop product specification & documentation, and hardware test plans to ensure high product quality.
2. Design, analyze, validate, and characterize electrical designs to ensure they meet all product requirements and specifications.
3. Collaborate with the cross functional team such as mechanical, certification, marketing, document control, and program management.
4. Collaborate with external vendors during development phase for DFM & DFMEA reviews, releasing specification for RFQ, releasing electrical BOM, and prototype or engineering build support.
5. Collaborate with vendors to develop and produce manufacturing processes, test fixtures to ensure end products meet standards set by quality assurance and certification teams.
6. Support the quality assurance team to troubleshoot and fix field return issues. This includes to investigate and define root causes and provide recommendations for product improvement.
7. Provide support legacy products
8. Provide criteria and recommendations to Operation team in selection of qualified electronics suppliers and alternative electronics components.
9. All other duties the supervisor/company might assign.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in electrical /electronic engineering or higher
2. 5 years of experience in conceptualization, design, layout, manufacturing and troubleshooting, power electronics with focus in the area of switch mode power supplies. Experience and knowledge of EMC and Certification (UL, ETL, CSA, and etc). Experience and knowledge of SSL driver design a plus. Proven track record of project management is a plus.
3. Software/Hardware/Systems: PCB design/layout software, general lab equipment (O-Scope, DMM, Network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, & etc.). Knowledge in programming language a plus.
