岗位职责：
Responsible for the management of lab sample and inspection record, to ensure that sample receiving, distribution, recovery and destruction, inspection records distribution, recovery and handover can be completed on time.
负责实验室样品管理和检验记录管理的工作，确保样品接收，发放，回收和销毁，检验记录发放，回收和移交均能按时完成。
Responsible for the professional skill training and assessment of sample management before starting work. Responsible for the daily work arrangement of sample management.
负责样管员上岗前专业技能培训和考核； 负责样管员的日常工作安排。
Ensure to keep abreast of laws and regulations, draft and update related management regulations, quality standards, operating regulations, WI, forms, and records of laboratories to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
确保及时了解法规动向，起草和更新实验室相关的管理规程文件、质量标准文件、操作规程文件、WI及表格、记录等，确保其符合法规要求。
Responsible for the investigation of deviation related to laboratory and complete the investigation report.
负责实验室相关偏差的调查过程，并完成调查报告。
Participation optimization the operation related to LIMS system of sample management post.
参与优化样品管理岗位LIMS系统相关的操作。
Participate in internal and external audits.
参与内外部审计。
Any other assignment as is determined by supervisor.
完成上级安排的其他工作。
