Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Statistics, Information Management, Computer Science or Engineering majors is preferred.
2.3+years’ experience working with data and/or digital assets, experience working with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) or within e-commerce or online retail industries are preferred.
3.Experience in developing, deploying, and monitoring machine learning/statistical models.
4.Excellent data skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark, including data extraction, transformation, analysis, ETL processes, and data quality assurance.
5.Proficiency in Power BI and DAX for creating informative and visually appealing reports.
6.Solid understanding of statistical methods, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
7.Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive analytic and classification.
8.Expertise in conducting controlled experiments (A/B tests) to optimize product features and campaigns.
9.Familiarity with web analytic tools, such as Google Analytic, for user behavior analysis.
10.Proficiency in English, excellent in MS Excel skills to create summaries, pivots and advanced formulae.
11.Strong attention to detail, growth Engineering mindset，excellent coordination ability and strong presentation skills.
12.Abide by discipline and law, be honest, and prevent falsification.


Responsibilities：
1.Responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and oversight of advanced analytic capabilities and reporting functionalities for the cutting-edge digital product.
2.Transform raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders by leveraging data visualization, sophisticated dashboards and statistical analytic, facilitating data-driven decision-making within our company.
3.Identify patterns and trends to optimize services and improve professionalization.
4.Proactively manage communication channels with the development team and the business side, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of reports to inform stakeholders effectively.
5.Employ innovative methodologies to advance our product, ultimately driving business objectives, revenue growth, market expansion, and heightened user engagement.
6.Timely delivery of accurate dashboard reports, trend analysis, and insights for senior management.
7.Proactive stakeholder engagement aligned with business strategy and data-driven opportunities.
8.Other tasks assigned by Manager.


任职要求：
1.本科或以上（985/211高校优先）, 统计学、信息管理、计算机科学或工程专业；
2.具备3年以上大型互联网公司（百度、阿里、腾讯、字节、网易等）的数据或数字平台管理工作经验，有云平台（GCP、Azure、AWS）、电子商务或在线零售行业工作经验者优先；
3.具有开发、部署和监控机器学习/统计模型的经验；

工作职责：
1.负责尖端数字产品的高级分析功能和报告功能的战略设计、实施和监督；
2.利用数据可视化、复杂的仪表板和统计分析的方式转化原始数据，促进公司基于数据做出决策；
3.通过识别模式和趋势优化服务并提高个性化标准；
4.积极管理与开发团队和业务方的沟通渠道，确保及时交付报告；
5.采用创新方法改进公司的产品，推动业务目标达成、收入增长、市场扩张和提高用户参与度；
6.及时向管理层提供准确的仪表板报告、趋势分析和见解；
7.积极参与各级部门或人员的协作，确保开展的工作与业务战略和数据驱动目标保持一致；
8. 上级交办的其它工作。


上班地点：广州市番禺区市桥街光明南路199号友利电商园
上班时间：8：00-17：00，中午休息1小时，周末双休
